From day one Saman was tremendously helpful. We didn't want to remain in our home while it was getting ready to be sold and after the For Sale sign went up. He found us a number of places to consider and took us to view them. He made useful suggestions regarding preparing the house and recommended workmen to do the jobs at reasonable cost. Regarding his personality, he was always very courteous, professional, accommodating to our time and tastes and cheerful. All in all, Saman is a hardworking, quiet-spoken man and certainly got the job done to our complete satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone.

Saman is a phenomenal agent and super easy to work with. What we find most valuable is he's investor-friendly and has that valuable pair of eyes to identify both the advantages and issues with the properties we saw. Over our 'longer than expected' home shopping journey, he took us to see many properties and was always very patient to explain things to us---very new home buyers who also are interested in having investment properties. He knows Durham Region like the back of his hands and is always able to tell us which neighorhoods are more desirable and which might not be quite as much, as he's a long-time Durham resident himself. Saman is one of a kind. Super knowledgeable, always came prepared to showings and was able to answer any questions we had. We tasked him with purchasing our home and selling our condo and he executed flawlessly. Top dollar for a condo in this market is unheard of all while securing our house way under budget. I grew up in Whitby, attending Captain Michael VandenBos PS, then Donald A. Wilson SS, and later at Ontario Tech University. I got my CPA designation while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Magna International but my passion for real estate eventually took over.

With Over 13 years in Real Estate, a black belt in Karate, a Sports fanatic, married for over 17 years, and a father of two girls are just a few things that define who I am!

Born and raised in Scarborough to Trinidadian parents, who still live in the same childhood home I grew up in for over 40 years!

I am a University of Toronto graduate and have over 12 years of experience working in the Pension/IT industry before falling in love with Real Estate.
